What's the Green Option Initiative?

At ServiQual, we’ve launched the Green Option Initiative (GOI) to address the pressing issue of electronic waste. For every piece of hardware we sell, we commit to recycling an equivalent item. Our customers also have the option to contribute to recycling costs, but if they opt out, ServiQual will cover it anyway. This ensures that electronic waste is responsibly managed, helping us reduce our environmental footprint.

The Green Option Initiative represents a major step forward in promoting sustainable practices in Mauritius. At ServiQual, we pledge to recycle the equivalent of every piece of hardware we sell, ensuring that electronic waste is managed responsibly and contributing to a net carbon zero goal.

• Customer Choice: Our customers have the option to pay upfront for the recycling of the equivalent of their purchase. If they choose not to, ServiQual will still ensure that the equivalent item is recycled at no additional cost to them.
